This involved not only setting up a robust infrastructure but also driving the development and deployment of a suite of advanced analytical models. Key initiatives included:

  1. Econometrics Model: Implemented to provide deeper insights into the macroeconomic factors influencing consumer behavior, allowing Gocompare to fine-tune its strategic decisions.
  2. Predictive Model: Designed and deployed to anticipate customer needs and behaviors, which enabled more personalized marketing .
  3. Attribution Model: Developed to accurately attribute conversions to the right marketing channels, thereby optimizing marketing spend.
  4. Market Sensing Models: Introduced to monitor market trends and competitor actions in real-time, enabling Gocompare to respond swiftly to changes in the marketplace.
  5. Segmentation: Created detailed customer segments, allowing for more targeted marketing strategies that resonated with specific customer groups.

Outcome:
As a direct result of these initiatives, Gocompare significantly increased its market share, becoming the second-largest player in the car and home insurance markets. The enhanced precision in marketing efforts led to a substantial improvement in marketing ROI, positioning Gocompare as a data-driven leader in the industry.

Their need was to seamlessly connect their systems, automate data flows, and do an audit of existing systems to ensure they were using the best systems and using them optimally  


 Outcome-    Wholesale enterprise level changes were initiated after the delivery of the solutions architecture strategy. System architecture was simplified to improve operational efficiency. Some systems were got rid of saving license costs for FSEW. An Enterprise system was identified as the central repository. A structured training plan was introduced to improve operational effectiveness
